Our History
Café Shish Kebab was founded by Fatih and Arelis Gunal in 2004 and has become one of Columbus' most popular dining destinations representing Turkish cuisine. Café Shish Kebab's unique appeal is a result of a menu selection of authentic Turkish food recipes. Since Café Shish Kebab representing Turkish cuisine in Columbus Ohio, every single item in the menu is prepared in house using only fresh ingredients in a healthy and natural environment.
Chef and owner Fatih Gunal's inspiration of the recipes comes from an experience of 25 years back in Turkey.
